Application procedure
The following guidelines may be useful when you apply to UON:
To keep track of your application, you need first to set up an account on the application portal: application.uonbi.ac.ke Please use the REGISTER feature to set up your account.
You will be required to enter some basic information, including your email address, and to choose a password. We will then send you an email to the address you entered so that we can validate your account. When you have clicked on the validation link (sent to you in the email), you will be able to log in to the application system using the "Login" box.
When to apply
Applications are rolling and thus open throughout the year and the School has only one intake i.e. September of every year. Applicants should have their admission letters at least one month before the commencement of the studies, thus by August 1st. Therefore you should try to submit an application as soon as possible before that date.
Application Fees
An application fee must be paid for every application, except in the case of most graduates of UON. Please refer to the fee structure for more information.
Submitting results and documents
Current learners at school must make sure that all examination results from class eight to form four are submitted.
Transferring students should submit all transcripts and academic records as early as possible.
Monitor your application
It is a good idea to monitor the status of your application. You can do this online. https://application.uonbi.ac.ke/how_to_apply.pdf
