The programme is offered by thesis. Regulations of the University of Nairobi on enrolment, supervision and examination shall apply. Applicants must have a first degree and a Masters degree in a health related discipline. The applicant will in addition show evidence of having completed graduate training in research methodology, biostatistics and epidemiology, and if the applicant has deficiency in meeting the PhD admission criteria, the applicant will be required to clear the prerequisites.
