The dept of public and global health participated in the 6th edition of the Nairobi innovation week.
The 6th edition of the Nairobi innovation week 2022 officially kicked off.The 3 day event was themed innovation for transformation and impact in the society happened at the main campus from Tuesday April 26th to 28th 2022.

Year V MBChB Term I rotation commenced on 4th January, 2021 and ended on 19th March, 2021 with examinations.
Fieldwork exercise began on 8th February, 2021 and ended on 19th March, 2021 with submission of Health Centre reports.
The exercise was undertaken in the following Health Centers in Kiambu County: Ndeiya Health Centre, Gikambura Health Centre, Lusigetti Health Centre, Wangige Health Centre and Kihara Health Centre.

MBChB level V students undertook Community Health rotation in Kiambu County.
They are part of the third Community Health rotation undertaking their Community Diagnosis and Health Centre practice exercises that commenced on 5th October, 2020.
The University of Nairobi will offer a limited number of scholarships tenable at the University of Nairobi for Graduate Programmes during the 2020/2021 academic year.
Application for scholarship has been extended, and interested candidates are invited to apply/re-apply for the scholarship on or before Friday 18, September 2020. Those who received scholarships last year should apply for renewal of scholarship and attach a transcript.
